We accept cards via Stripe and bank transfers. A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 50% due before delivery.
We coordinate free fabric pickup from your location and delivery to the artisan. You'll see instructions on your order page once the order is accepted.
Yes — once an order is placed, you can message your artisan directly through the order page.
Every piece goes through quality review before shipping. If there's an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with the artisan to resolve it.
Artisans apply through our portal and are reviewed by our team. We verify their experience, portfolio, and craft quality before approving them.
Yes — we ship to 62+ countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customs duties may apply in some countries.
Once your order is marked as delivered, a review prompt appears on your order detail page. You have 7 days to leave a review.
