ASOVIA connects customers with verified artisans for custom fashion production. By using our platform, you agree to our order and payment terms. We facilitate but do not guarantee specific outcomes. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Orders are binding once the artisan accepts and a deposit is paid.
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Refunds are available only if an artisan declines or we cannot deliver your order. Once production begins, deposits are non-refundable.
We collect only the information necessary to process your orders: name, email, delivery address, and measurements. We do not sell your data. Your information is shared only with your selected artisan and our delivery partners. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
All artisans are verified by our team. We reserve the right to suspend or remove artisans who fail to meet our quality or service standards. Customer reviews inform our quality scoring system.
